Admin Support – Warehouse
Location: Lanseria Plant
Programme Duration: 12 Months
KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Performing stock count
- Verify previous days delivery and document them in Alpla prod system .
- Assist in receipting inbound stock on to Alpla prod and D365
- Assist Supervisor with enforcing the highest Safety Standards
- Assist Supervisor to sufficiently control, monitor and achieve standards set by Senior Management for the Despatch Department and its staff.
- Housekeeping must be to the highest standard in accordance to company standards set by Supervisor and Senior Management.
- Preparing daily work such as schedules
- Ensure orders planned for collection and delivery are timeously prepared in line with truck booking slots and allocation of pre pick bays. ...
