Location: Rother Depot

Working Pattern: Monday to Friday, 30hrs per week

The Administration Assistant will provide efficient and professional administrative support to ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of the depot and wider business. The role requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail, discretion, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Receive, manage, and respond to high volumes of internal and external communication, including emails, telephone calls, and written correspondence
  • Act as a professional first point of contact for visitors, contractors, and colleagues, providing general support and assistance as required
