Key Responsibilities
Front Desk Management
- Manage daily front desk duties, including visitor reception, call handling, and responding to general inquiries.
- Act as the first point of contact for the company, maintaining a professional and welcoming image at all times.
Office & Administrative Support
- Handle day-to-day administrative tasks such as coordinating office maintenance, procuring office supplies, and managing document filing.
- Support general office operations and respond promptly to internal administrative requests.
Documentation & Internal Support
- Prepare and manage administrative documents, internal notices, and meeting minutes.
- Assist in organizing and improving internal administrative processes and workflows to enhance efficiency.
