The Role

An opportunity is available for an experienced Administration Officer to join the Care Partner Team on a 6 week temporary assignment based in West Lakes. This role plays a key part in supporting the Duty Officer function, ensuring client enquiries are handled efficiently and services continue to run smoothly.

Responsibilities

  • Manage incoming calls and respond to client enquiries
  • Support the Duty Officer function, including triaging and escalating matters
  • Prepare client documentation including service agreements
