What You’ll Do:
As the face of the front reception, you are our Director of First Impressions, leaving a lasting mark on every client interaction

Serve as the first point of contact, promptly responding to inbound calls and email inquiries and directing them to the correct personnel

Monitoring of the after hours lockbox

Greeting clients and visitors with a welcoming, friendly attitude

Managing incoming/outgoing mail and courier deliveries

Overseeing the presentation and booking of reception, boardroom, and meeting room
