About This Role
We are hiring an Administration Staff under an outsourcing arrangement (third-party). The selected candidate will be placed within our division but will be employed by our outsourcing partner company.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage division administration and documentation accurately and systematically
- Compile, process, and update data using Microsoft Excel
- Support internal division coordination and routine reporting
- Maintain digital filing systems in accordance with company procedures
Qualifications
- Fresh graduate, S1 in any field
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Poweroint
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work under deadlines
- Good written communication skills
