Administration:

  • Manage office supplies, document filing, and daily operations.

  • Coordinate meetings, travel, and visitor logistics.

  • Handle procurement, payment processes, and cost reporting.

  • Plan and monitor admin budgets and expenses.

  • Ensure workplace compliance with safety and security regulations.
