- Assist in administrative, HR, and accounting tasks
- Liase with external accountant, auditor & tax agent
- Assist and oversee the implementation and procedures of E-Invoicing
- Assist to generate sales & account reports
- Monitor outstanding debtors & assists in payment collection
- Help resolve any administrative issues
- Prepare and edit documents, including letters, reports, drafts, memos, and emails
- Handle ad hoc tasks assigned by management from time to time
