Responsibilities
- Issue delivery notes, invoices, debit and credit notes
- Monitor physical inventory, control stock movements, and prepare inventory reports
- Issue and follow up on purchase orders with suppliers
- Coordinate and track import and export operations, including logistics documentation
- Follow up on deliveries to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods
- Manage accounts receivable, including invoicing, collections, and customer follow-up
- Perform payment reconciliations and resolve discrepancies
- Maintain accurate records in ERP
