Job Description

  • Receive students, guests, packages and letters.
  • Answer phone calls and direct calls accordingly.
  • Receive and sort incoming electronic mails.
  • Encode student details and leads in the database.
  • Assess and check student documents.
  • Assist Education Counsellors in submitting institution and visa applications.
  • Update student statues at every stage in Customer Relationship Management System.
  • Maintain student manual and virtual files.
  • Maintain the resource library and ensure that materials are all up to date.
  • Assist in the logistics for offsite events.
  • Look after the overall cleanliness off the office premise.
  • Manage part timers and maintenance personnel.
  • Assist in any adhoc task or projects as assigned.
