Administrative Assistant (Contract) – Dallas, TX

We are seeking a highly organized and professional Administrative Assistant for a contract opportunity in Dallas, TX. This role will provide administrative support to senior leadership while helping maintain efficient day-to-day office operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage calendars, meetings, and scheduling for senior management
  • Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and respond to inquiries
  • Prepare, proofread, and distribute correspondence, reports, presentations, and meeting materials
  • Coordinate meetings, conferences, travel arrangements, and special events
  • Maintain electronic and physical filing systems and databases
  • Assist with mail distribution, office supply ordering, and general office administration
  • Support time and attendance tracking and other administrative projects as assigned
