Administrative Assistant (Contract) – Dallas, TX
We are seeking a highly organized and professional Administrative Assistant for a contract opportunity in Dallas, TX. This role will provide administrative support to senior leadership while helping maintain efficient day-to-day office operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage calendars, meetings, and scheduling for senior management
- Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and respond to inquiries
- Prepare, proofread, and distribute correspondence, reports, presentations, and meeting materials
- Coordinate meetings, conferences, travel arrangements, and special events
- Maintain electronic and physical filing systems and databases
- Assist with mail distribution, office supply ordering, and general office administration
- Support time and attendance tracking and other administrative projects as assigned
