Korok is looking for a dynamic and motivated administrative assistant to join our team. You are a person who's not affraid of engagement and is organised, this job is taylored for you!
Responsabilities :

  • Answer customer basic questions about our products or services.
  • Redirect incoming leads to the related sales representative
  • Create quote and order entry into the system
  • Track leads and sales opportunities until the sale is closed. (Sales cycle)
  • Plan and manage the installation process of our equipment
  • Manage deposit and final payment with our customer
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in our CRM system (Zoho).
  • Generate weekly, monthly and quarterly report.
