Job :
Physical reception of visitors, clients, partners
Management of the telephone switchboard (receiving, filtering, transferring calls)
Filing, archiving, data entry
Management of office supplies
Administrative support to various departments
Supervision of vehicle geolocation
Updating and analyzing GPS data (reports, alerts, etc.)
Required profile :
Education from Bac 2 to Bac +5 (e.g., Management Assistant, Secretarial, etc.)
Previous experience in a similar role is desired
Proficiency in office tools (Excel, Word, etc.)
