Job Description

Responsibilities
  • Provide day‑to‑day administrative support to the HR department.
  • Manage new employee ID issuance and thumbprint registration.
  • Maintain and update workers’ dormitory listings, handling check‑ins and check‑outs accurately.
  • Key in monthly utilities orders, subcontractor manpower reports, and overtime timesheets.
  • Assist in reviewing staff claims, including medical, petrol, and meal reimbursements.
  • Handle monthly stationery and pantry orders.
  • Perform other HR administrative tasks as assigned by the HR manager.
Job Requirements
  • GCE ‘N’/‘O’/‘A’ Level or Polytechnic/ITE Diploma.
  • Positive, people‑oriented attitude with strong teamwork and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
