Administrative Assistant
Modernization, Information Management Technology, and Research Branch in the Public Safety and Emergency Services ministry is seeking an experienced administrative assistant to provide day-to-day support to a fast-paced team. This role supports managers and staff through a range of administrative, financial, and coordination activities.
Essential Qualifications
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel (formatting, tracking, document production)
- Experience managing invoices, expenses, and basic financial processes
