Job Description

ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT

  • Handles various inquiries and policy requests from walk-in BPLAC customers,

  • Checks policy status/details and/or requirements to process the request and advises the customer/BSE accordingly.

  • Promote use of E-Plan to our Customers. Guide the customers in the registration to E-Plan.

  • Assist in the submission of requests or inquiries through E-Plan or I-Care (for transactions not in E-Plan). 

  • Monitors the progress of policy requests and complaints received in the assigned area, ensures resolution within target turnaround times and provides necessary feedback to customers regarding their requests

  • Follow-up and escalate pending requests.

  • Refer and coordinate complaints to Customer Care.
