What to expect:


Assigned responsibilities will vary based on the role and department, and may include a combination of the following activities:

  • Provide customer service support by telephone or electronically, replying to inquiries and resolving concerns.

  • Organize and maintain files, filing systems, diarization systems, and databases.

  • Prepare standard letters, documents and reports.

  • Process standard applications and transactions according to defined procedures.
