Responsibilities
- Perform general administrative duties such as answering phones, responding to emails, and greeting visitors.
- Schedule meetings, appointments, and maintain calendars for supervisors or teams.
- Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations using Microsoft Office or other software.
- Manage and maintain filing systems (physical and digital).
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
- Order office supplies and maintain inventory levels.
- Handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, accommodations, and itineraries when necessary.
- Support team members with various tasks and projects.
- Ensure smooth day-to-day office operations.
