Job Description

**OBJECTIVE**:Performs several administrative functions for the functional area to which
is assigned.
Those functions involve compiling and preparing different reports and graphs
as well as analyzing reports and presenting recommendations that can be the used for
important decision making by the Executives or Managers within the Organization.
**MAIN FUNCTIONS**:
1. Compiles Data for the Presentation of Different Reports and Graphs of the area to which
is assigned (Engineering, Production, Quality, Purchasing, etc.)
2. Seeks and Validates Data to Prepare Reports and/or Graphs and Formulates
Recommendations.
3. Maintains the File systems of the Area.
This includes Following up and Maintaining all
the correspondence, memos as well as the documentation of the assigned area as well
as the confidential files.
4. Contacts key persons, in and out of the Organization to get or provide important
information.
