- Handle daily phone Calls and Incoming / outgoing emails
- Issue Quotation, Invoices, Delivery order, purchase order
- Perform data entry, sorting.
- Keeping records of Machinery details (Insurance, Certificate, Others)
- Handles Day to Day operation needs
- Handles Project requirements and needs
- Payroll
- Any Ad-Hoc duties that may be assigned.
- Positive attitude, team player, committed, meticulous, and responsible.
- Computer literate, proficient in Microsoft Excel
