  • Handle daily phone Calls and Incoming / outgoing emails
  • Issue Quotation, Invoices, Delivery order, purchase order
  • Perform data entry, sorting.
  • Keeping records of Machinery details (Insurance, Certificate, Others)
  • Handles Day to Day operation needs
  • Handles Project requirements and needs
  • Payroll
  • Any Ad-Hoc duties that may be assigned.
Requirements
  • Positive attitude, team player, committed, meticulous, and responsible.
  • Computer literate, proficient in Microsoft Excel
