Job Description

Training & Test Administration:
Manage course registrations and candidate enrolment, ensuring smooth coordination of daily training operations. Prepare documentation in compliance with BCA and other regulatory requirements. Maintain accurate data entry across internal systems (AMS/TMS/LMS). Generate candidate summaries and operational reports. Coordinate with trainers, sales personnel, and candidates for training schedules and daily execution. Compliance & Documentation Control: Ensure all training and operational records are properly filed and audit-ready. Maintain strict adherence to SOPs and regulatory protocols. Perform documentation checks to ensure accuracy and prevent non-compliance issues.
