**Role Summary**

The Administrative Assistant plays a critical role in enabling the day-to-day operations of the Evernorth Hyderabad office. This role supports office-wide events, leadership visits, and front desk management, ensuring a seamless and professional experience for employees, visitors, and senior leadership.

**Key Responsibilities**

• Plan and coordinate Hyderabad site-level events including townhalls, leadership connects, and employee engagement programs
• Manage logistics such as venue setup, invites, attendance tracking, and vendor coordination
• Support planning and execution of leadership visits including scheduling, meeting coordination, and hospitality management
• Manage front desk operations including visitor experience, access coordination, and query handling
