Job Description

Key responsibilities
  • Manage daily administrative operations and ensure proper filing, record keeping, and document organisation.
  • Coordinate meetings, appointments, room bookings, courier arrangements, and general office correspondence.
  • Maintain office supplies and workplace administrative support, including monitoring and coordinating items and services such as stationery, pantry needs, printer servicing, air‑conditioning maintenance, and first aid supplies.
  • Liaise with vendors, service providers, building management, and contractors on office‑related matters and service schedules.
  • Manage and apply for company licences, permits, registrations, and accreditations, and ensure supporting documents are updated and submitted on time.
  • Provide grant submission support, including preparing administrative documents, compiling supporting information, tracking submission timelines, and coordinating with internal stakeholders.
