Job Description

Responsibilities

  1. Oversee and execute daily administrative operations, including office environment management, fixed asset, and office supplies procurement.
  2. Research and apply for government support programs, subsidies, and corporate honors.
  3. Assist various departments in enforcing company policies to ensure smooth administrative operations.
  4. Manage employee attendance system, personnel files, and administrative documentation.
  5. Organize and coordinate company meetings, events, and external receptions.
  6. Support communication with FPIP management and government agencies on administrative matters.
  7. Supervise daily operations of security, cleaning, cafeteria, and other logistical services.
  8. Perform other administrative tasks assigned by superiors.
