Overview
- Maintain financial records and accounts for the dance academy
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial reports, including balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and cash flow statements
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, including taxation
- Oversee the preparation and filing of tax returns
- Develop and manage budgets for the academy and its programs
- Monitor and analyze financial performance to identify areas of improvement
- Manage and coordinate accounts payable and receivable
- Develop and implement strategies for reducing costs and increasing efficiency
- Handle payroll and employee related financial matters
