This role combines executive support, project coordination, team communication, and operational follow-through. You’ll be responsible for ensuring priorities stay on track, deadlines are met, and important details don’t fall through the cracks.
What You’ll Do
- Coordinate projects, launches, and recurring operational initiatives
- Communicate with internal teams and external partners

- Track KPIs, action items, and operational tasks
- Coordinate outreach efforts and relationship management activities
- Monitor business operations and identify potential issues
