Role Overview
We are looking for a friendly and proactive Administrative Retail Assistant to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with customers, maintaining a well‑organized shop environment, and supporting daily retail operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact by welcoming & assisting clients in a professional and friendly manner
- Handle over‑the‑counter payments accurately
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls
- Provide general support on the shop floor, including merchandising and stock level checks
- Assist with labelling, pricing, and packing away stock
- Participate in daily stock takes and prepare shelves accordingly
- Perform daily cash‑ups
- Provide backup support for members of team in their absence
