Responsibilities
- Assists the HOA Officers in the implementation of Administrative policies, rules and regulations;
- Administers the collection of payment of Monthly Association dues and other fees as well as issuance of corresponding Official Receipt (OR).
- Exercises supervision over the all transactions of the HOA Administrative Office;
- Manages and secures all records and information and improves the records management programs of the HOA Office;
- Drafts, certifies and authenticates issued documents pertaining to official HOA transactions;
- Ensures that all communications are validated/verified accordingly prior to submission to the higher office;
- Manage the liquidation and disbursement of funds;
