Job Description

  • Manage customer inquiries in person, over the phone, or via email, providing information about products, services, and promotions.
  • Process sales transactions, including cash, credit card, and financing options, and ensure accurate recordkeeping.
  • Assist in the preparation of motorcycle sales and service agreements, including warranties and maintenance records.
  • Handle inventory management, including tracking stock levels, ordering parts, and restocking as needed.
  • Organize and maintain customer files, service records, and financial documents.
  • Coordinate appointments for motorcycle repairs, servicing, and test rides.
