Provide administrative support to corporate secretarial and accounting teams by managing statutory filings, client communications, and account preparations using cloud-based and office software tools.

- Follow up with clients on statutory deadlines and related compliance matters to ensure timely submissions
- Support the accounting team in preparing accounts for the company and clients with accuracy
- Communicate clearly and professionally with clients to gather information and provide updates
- Demonstrate a customer service mindset by responding promptly and courteously to client inquiries
