- Process new user account creation and amendments to existing user access
- Maintain supporting documentation related to new user onboarding and access changes
- Assist in the preparation of monthly user access audit reports
- Support basic troubleshooting and resolution of the portal’s access‑related issues
- Perform basic customer satisfaction analysis using Power BI, Excel, or AI tools to support monthly and quarterly reporting
