Join our team for a dynamic role with an outsourced project. We are seeking a dedicated and detail‑oriented individual to support the organization’s customer experience operations, system administration, and departmental administrative functions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the administration of the organization’s customer satisfaction portal and customer experience dashboards
  • Process new user account creation and amendments to existing user access
  • Maintain supporting documentation related to new user onboarding and access changes
  • Assist in the preparation of monthly user access audit reports
  • Support basic troubleshooting and resolution of the portal’s access‑related issues
  • Perform basic customer satisfaction analysis using Power BI, Excel, or AI tools to support monthly and quarterly reporting
