Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain executive calendars, schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Draft, proofread, and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations ensuring clarity, accuracy, and professional tone.
  • Organize and maintain physical and digital filing systems, creating efficient retrieval processes.
  • Screen and direct incoming calls and emails, acting as a primary point of contact and providing timely responses.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role, ideally 2+ years.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong command of grammar and punctuation.
