Job Description
The candidate is required to perform a wide range of administrative and office support activities for the department and/or managers to facilitate the efficient operation of the department. We require a diligent and hard-working individual, who can be a part of a highly motivated team.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Campaign Management and reporting within the Direct Sales Department
- General Call center Administration.
- Importing of Leads and allocating leads to consultants.
- Checks conducted to identify why a sale has not interfaced to Nimbis system
- Compilation of various daily/weekly/ monthly stats on Excel.
- Compilation of monthly management report.
- Submitting Incentive, Overtime & Commission stats and ensuring that checks are completed for Call Centre Manager.
- All bucs for caring payments and submitting bucs for caring payments to Payroll for tax purposes.
