Job Description



Duties include:

• Menu writing, including allergen checking with chefs.
• To help manage the meeting room booking system
• To liaise with bookers regarding menu choices
•Manages phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)
•Creates and updates records for daily workloads for chefs and FoH.
•Tracks stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary
•Assists colleagues whenever necessary

You’ll have experience working in an office or customer services environment, and have exceptional communication skills both verbally and written. Your polite, friendly and positive attitude combined with essential office IT skills (including excel) make you a great fit for our team.
