Job Description

Job Purpose:

To provide professional and timely support in all processes related to employment visas, residency permits, Emirates IDs, labour contracts, medical fitness tests, and other statutory requirements for employees under the Company’s sponsorship in Dubai. The role ensures full compliance with UAE and Dubai regulations while coordinating closely with HR and Recruitment to ensure smooth onboarding and employee lifecycle management.

1. HR & Employee Administration Support
  • Onboarding support (document collection, insurance applications, file setup Maintaining employee records
  • Coordinating medical insurance and renewals
  • Managing employee letters (salary certificates, NOCs, etc.)
2. PRO & Government Liaison Support
  • Coordinating visa applications and renewals (incl. monitoring Emirates ID / residency expiry dates)
