Description
Position will maintain the census of Legacy Treatment Services Residential Treatment Home Programs at optimum levels. Additionally, the Admissions Coordinator will coordinate and schedule meet-and-greets, admission interviews, and intake assessments in collaboration with internal/external treatment teams, program leadership, Case Managers, and families. Admissions Coordinator will also ensure smooth communication among internal departments to support timely and effective admissions.
Additional responsibilities include but are not limited to:
+ Collaborates with Perform Care and all the various State agencies who refer Consumers to the program.
+ Will ensure that the Consumers being referred are appropriate for our therapeutic program by reviewing evaluations and conducting preplac...
