**Adoption and Outcomes Manager (Cambridge, MA)**
Lead the design and measurement of clinical adoption strategies that translate hospital patient monitoring technologies into measurable clinical, operational, and financial outcomes.
**Your role:**
+ Design and evolve standardized clinical adoption frameworks that ensure Hospital Patient Monitoring solutions are successfully embedded into real‑world clinical workflows and deliver measurable value.
+ Partner closely with cross‑functional teams including Sales, Services, Product Management, Research & Development, Education, Marketing, and Clinical Data Science to align adoption with product strategy and customer outcomes.
+ Shape how adoption success is measured globally by advancing scoring models, dashboards, and value narratives used with customers and executive stakeholders.
