Adult Audiologist

The primary aim of the Audiology Service at Northampton General Hospital is to deliver high-quality, patient-centred care to all individuals accessing our services.

We are seeking a strong communicator who is proactive, adaptable, and confident working both independently and collaboratively. A good sense of humour, resilience, and the ability to perform well under pressure are essential.

You will be expected to work effectively with adults, children, and families, including those with complex or challenging social needs.

The post holder will contribute to the delivery of a consistently high standard of complex and advanced clinical care, in line with both national and international benchmarks. This includes maintaining ongoing professional development, managing an independent caseload, using initiative, and contributing positively as part of a committed team.

This post would be an ideal first role following graduation (BSc - audiology).
