Hours - Monday - Thursday 6.00am - 14.06, Friday 6.00am - 13.06 / Monday - Thursday 14.00 - 22.06, Friday 13.00 - 20.06 
We are looking for experienced and highly skilled Bakery Operatives to join our team at Carlton Bakery. This role is ideal for individuals with a strong background in food manufacturing who are ready to take ownership within a highly automated, fast-paced production environment and play a key role in driving performance and continuous improvement.

About the Role

As an Advanced Bakery Operative, you will take full ownership of your production area, operating and optimising advanced machinery to deliver consistent quality, efficiency and safety standards.
