Responsibilities
As an Advanced Care Paramedic (ACP) with ALTA Paramedic Health (APH), you will assess emergency scenes and patients, transport ill or injured individuals from scenes or between facilities, operate ambulances or other transportation modes, administer medications, use advanced life support airway adjuncts, deliver electrical therapy, and lead the ALS team during patient transport or at scenes. You will support vehicle readiness by ensuring ambulances and other transport units, including non‑emergent transport (NET) vehicles, are properly stocked, maintained, and equipped per APH standards.
Workings conditions will expose you to all weather, remote locations, hazardous and graphic scenes, and bodily fluids.
