The Talent Locker Ltd. in Gloucester seeks a Composites Manufacturing Engineer to join a growing engineering and manufacturing team. You will play a key role in refining and optimising composite manufacturing processes while ensuring products move efficiently from development into production.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience in advanced composites manufacturing and a solid understanding of carbon fibre manufacturing and autoclave processing. The position offers a salary of £45–£60k plus benefits including private healthcare, pension, and stock options.
