Job Description
We are seeking a proactive Electrical Engineer to join our Consumer Goods product development team, with a focus on hardware engineering, specifically for wire harness design and routing applications. In this role, you will support the development of consumer goods products, ensuring they meet manufacturing, safety, quality, cost, and marketing objectives.
Your responsibilities will include preparing drawings, releasing Bills of Materials (BOMs) and technical data, and adhering to BSH engineering guidelines throughout the product lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain wire harnesses, schematics, and 2D drawings for components, systems, sub-modules, modules, and appliances in accordance with the BSH product development process.
Define functional electrical requirements for components, including connectors, terminals, switches, etc.
