Advanced Manufacturing Engineering Superintendent (Ciudad Juárez)

Responsibilities

1. Lead a group of manufacturing engineers engaged in developing integration of manufacturing processes, equipment/tooling alternatives, sequence and flow of operations for the effective utilization of personnel, material, machines and facilities necessary to produce the best vehicle seat covers in the market. Ensure hiring, training & development of all manufacturing engineering personnel.

2. Provide support to the plants during new program launches and complex engineering changes implementation. Ensure the timely, accurate and detailed completion of the Manufacturing Engineering Matrix indicating program completion dates and status for all major manufacturing engineering deliverables, including manning requirements and machine matrix, process flow diagram, plant layout, gauges, fixtures & poke-yoke identification, as well as sewing and ergonomics assessments.
