Advanced Mechanical Design Engineer – Transmission Solenoids

We are looking for an Advanced Mechanical Design Engineer to support the development and industrialization of automotive transmission solenoids.
In this role, you will own mechanical design activities from concept through series production, working closely with global, cross-functional teams to deliver robust, cost-effective, and high-quality products.Key Responsibilities- Develop mechanical designs for transmission solenoids, including housings, armatures, springs, valves, and interfaces.
- Translate customer and system requirements into detailed design concepts, CAD models, drawings, and specifications.
- Own mechanical design from concept, validation, release, and series support.
- Create and maintain BOMs, drawings, tolerance analyses, and documentation in the PLM system.
- Apply DFM/DFA principles for high-volume automotive production.
