Your Responsibilities
To work closely with the Shift Superintendent to ensure the successful and efficient operation of the shift, providing departmental cover and support as required.
To ensure the safe and efficient running of the production process they are supporting, responsible for own personal safety and of that of people working in the area.
To ensure that the process runs within its critical control points to ensure the products meet food safety as well as quality requirements.
To support and assist in recurring tests in the process areas in liaison with maintenance, quality and production management.
To play an active role in Performance Excellence, taking forward any actions as required. 
To assist in the development of SOP's relating to production processes in the department.
