Responsibilities
- Responsible for MRP and production planning performance and support the TECH team for incident resolution.
- Define and drive the automation journey.
- Process owner of Scheduling, MPS and MRP, monitoring user and process adoption with metrics.
- Control and improve MRP and production master data quality.
- Build KPIs and dashboards for the scope with support from the Data & Analytics team.
- Animate the Supply community (users) and monitor plant performance through Bacardi Operating System best practices (BOS).
- Provide strong backup for the SNP planning lead (IBP optimizer).
- Document process and training materials.
Qualifications
- Excellent technical skills, including advanced Excel, scheduling software, and SAP IBP (Supply) or other SAP APO/IBP/ECC and APS with optimizer.
