**Advanced Practice Provider (NP or PA) – Cardiology – Salt Lake City, UT**

As a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in Cardiology, you will work with a team of healthcare professionals committed to providing quality care and excellent patient experience.
+ This position will be housed in the Cardiac Molecular Imaging (CMI) department and primarily support all non-invasive imaging cardiovascular patients out our LDS Hospital (https://intermountainhealthcare.org/locations/lds-hospital)
+ Your hours would be 4 days per week, 7a-6p with an occasional weekend
+ No call at this time, but may be considered for the future
