We are seeking an energetic and safety-focused Adventure Park Supervisor to oversee daily park operations, staff performance, and guest experience. The ideal candidate will ensure all activities are conducted safely, efficiently, and in accordance with company standards while creating a fun and memorable environment for guests.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily operations of the adventure park, including rides, climbing activities, zip lines, obstacle courses, and guest areas.
Lead, schedule, and support operational staff to ensure excellent customer service and safety compliance.
Conduct daily safety inspections of equipment, attractions, and facilities.
Ensure all guests receive safety briefings and follow park rules and procedures.
Respond promptly to incidents, emergencies, and guest concerns.
