Adviser Onboarding Manager

The opportunity

As our Adviser Onboarding Manager, you will take ownership of the full onboarding journey for new Advisers, Principals and Firms joining our network. Your focus will be to make joining smooth, efficient and high-quality from day one.

You will lead a team of Onboarding Consultants, support new Advisers as they come into the network, and work closely with teams across the business to ensure everything runs seamlessly.

Please note, this is a field-based role so will require flexibility to travel.

Salary & Benefits

Salary up to £65,000 + £4,236 car allowance

Bonus scheme (target 15%)

Pension – contribute 5%, matched by the company with an additional 5%
