- Job location: Fort McMurray, Alberta
- Shift schedule: 8 days on, 6 days off, 10-hour shifts

Key Accountabilities
- Provide direction and support in the areas of labour relations, labour legislation interpretation, collective agreement application, labour policies, practices and procedures
- Liaise and coordinate Labour Relations matters with all contractors, unions, and labour relations associations
- Take on a supportive role in labour/employee relations issue prevention and/or resolution
- Build and maintain relationships with key external organizations, institutions, associations, and governmental agencies that affect labour/employee relations
